A Time for Change
We’ve officially launched our new website and with it come a few changes we’re pretty proud of.
What are these changes?
You will notice a new logo, colour palette, and font (custom designed for us!). We’ve also come up with a new and easier way of expressing our name in text (you won’t have to worry about where to find the ° on your keyboard anymore). We thought you would be particularly happy about that.
Why the changes?
We felt that it was time to update how we express ourselves in a way that better reflects the team we’ve grown to become. A little background, here: in 2008, as part of our 50th anniversary celebrations, GSM Design became gsmprjct°. So much more than just a design firm, we felt that the notion of “project” was a better reflection of the breadth of services we offer and of the collaborative process that is so essential to the work that we do. Now, just shy of our 60th birthday, we’re evolving again. Going forward, all references to gsmprjct° will be replaced by GSM Project. You will also notice that our logo has been shortened to gsm°, named after the firm's three original founders: an architect, an industrial designer and a graphic designer.
Practically speaking, this doesn’t mean anything different for the work that we do. Overall - same name, same team, same beliefs, new look, more vowels.
Let’s create something that changes someone.
