GSM Project's fall conferences program
Well folks, autumn has landed up here in the northern hemisphere. The kids are back in school, the leaves are changing colours, and for those of us in the museum business, it’s conference season!

Our team is gearing up for a busy couple of months of meetings with peers, partners, and friends at major events around the world.
First up — next week! — is the always delightful Future of Storytelling summit in New York City, where Nicolas St-Cyr and Jeremy Taylor will be presenting an innovative chatbot project GSM has developed in collaboration with our friends at Dutch design firm Lava.
At the same time, some of our team will be at the Themed Entertainment Association’s SATE conference — which stands for Storytellers, Architecture, Technology, and Experiences — in Los Angeles. Watch for our very own Geneviève Angio-Morneau, who will speak about how design and technology can make history come to life at history and archaeological museums, cultural venues, and observation decks.
Later in the month, there’s ICOM’s International Committee for Exhibition Exchange, and then the annual ASTC (Association of Science – Technology Centers) event, in San Jose, California. Don’t miss Erika Kiessner at ASTC, who will be sharing “Inspirations, Frustrations, Outsider Insights, and Examples” as part of the Annual Exhibit Walking Workshop.
Then there’s the International Museum Construction Congress, in Copenhagen, where we’ll reconnect with a number of our European friends, before wrapping things up at the colossal IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando.
Let us know if you are also attending one of these conferences. We want to say hi to you!
